Can’t Open Links In Outlook

Clicking a hyperlink in Outlook results in the following error: “This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.” Now what?

Could not save item to Outlook calendar

Problem: Clicking on New > Appointment or New > Meeting Request from the Standard toolbar in Outlook does nothing. Typing directly into the calendar and then navigating away produces the error, “Could not save item.”
